A new version of the fsDesk Mobile app

A new version of the fsDesk Mobile application is available in the Apple App Store and Google Play.

fsDesk Mobile is used to handle service requests and is intended for users of the fsDesk web application. It has been designed to facilitate the work of service technicians in the field.

The application allows you to:

• edit the notification,
• add notes to the notification,
• adding files to an application,
• registering working time,
• changing status,
• closing a ticket
